DO I NEED TO SUPPLY ANYTHING?

NO  A Maid 4 You will provide all cleaning supplies and equipment.  however if there is something special you use please leave it out in an area our cleaners can find it and we will be happy to use it.

DO I NEED TO BE HOME WHEN YOU ARRIVE?

NO  as long as we can access the inside of your home , whether it be a hidden key or a garage code we can lock up when we are finished.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL A CLEANING?

We understand life happens and sometimes there will be reasons you have to cancel all we ask is that you cancel 24-48 hours in advance so we can adjust our schedule or 1/2 the amount of your regular cleaning will be added to your next cleaning.

​WHAT IF YOUR CLEANERS CANNOT ACCESS THE INSIDE OF MY HOME?

​There are times when our cleaners cannot gain access to the inside of your home because of a garage door malfunction or home owners forgetting to leave a key.  If this happens you will be charged $30 on your next cleaning for your time and travel.

HOW CAN I HAVE PIECE OF MIND WHILE THE CLEANERS ARE IN MY HOME?

All of our cleaners are Insured and Bonded and have clean background checks.
